Extenuating situations and circumstances, beyond my control, caused this website to go down on July 15,2025 through September 16,2025.
Bookmark this website, as it will hold all the court documents, related to buying property in Cleveland Heights, Ohio.
In my educated opinion and years of experience, I strongly suggest, before buying into a community, with restrictions, visit the courthouse and scan through the foreclosure dockets, of pro se litigants.
Brief Overview
November 2019, I engaged, in a long-distance real estate purchase, for my retirement home, with Tanesha Speed, a licensed realtor, with Keller Williams of Pepper Pike. I became interested, in 2591 Lee Road, Cleveland Heights, Ohio 44118,
a large house, that check off most of the bells on my list.
Per the descriptions and glossy photos, JJ Real Estate Solutions, LLC, owners Jenna(realtor) and Jeremiah (house flippers) Johnson, had recently completed renovations, on the property that they purchased July 31,2019 and placed on the market around November 2019.
Unbeknownst to me, this was a restricted city, that required the Sellers/Realtors, to disclose, to all potential Buyers, an Acknowledgement form and a copy of the current POINT OF SALE INSPECTION (POSI), prior to PURCHASING.
Unfortunate for my family and myself, I was not disclosed of the POSI, prior to closing on February14,2020 until February 25,2020.
During that short time, I was exposed to a plethora of major repairs, by the first week of March 2020, an infestation of groundhogs covered the entire property, as they came out of hibernation.
Over the years, I published the drama that unfolded on several websites, long story short, it is September 2025 and this living, nightmare is snaking its way through the courts. I vacated the property, on February 21,2024, due to excessive repairs, wildlife from nearby neighbor's animal hoarding and ongoing harassment, by the community.
